Head of Marketing:
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the General Manager CRISPR and as a key member of the CRISPR leadership team, you will drive innovative marketing strategies, including digital and social media initiatives. Your efforts will focus on identifying new business opportunities and developing commercial initiatives to achieve CRISPR’s goals. You will be leading a team of Product Managers and Marketing Specialists.
- Area : All Governments.
- Develop and present a long-term marketing vision and strategy to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets across the portfolio.
- Create and manage the marketing budget, promotional activities for existing and new product launches, and all new marketing or commercial initiatives.
- Execute tactical plans and monitor marketing expenditures.
- Analyze local market activities and trends to inform decision-making.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders, including clinicians, hospital pharmacists, financial directors, purchasers, patient associations, and policy makers to effectively develop the product portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager CRISPR to assign project responsibilities and ensure the successful implementation of the Marketing Plan.
- Develop and propose strategies for the pricing and reimbursement of new and existing products
Reporting Relationships:
- This position reports to: General Manager CRISPR.
- Direct reports include Product Managers, Product Specialists, Marketing & Sales Managers, Digital & Omnichannel specialists.
- Graduate degree or equivalent required; postgraduate business qualification preferred.
- A scientific degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Business Unit Manager, Product Manager, or in Sales and Marketing. Preferable Experienced in Ped. & GIT
- At least 3 years of relevant commercial experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in hospital business and/or orphan drugs is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in digital marketing is required.
District manager
Essential Experience:
- Sales Manager experience working for a Pharmaceutical company, Preferable Experienced in Ped. & GIT.
- Experience of working in the Pediatrics therapy area
- Business qualification or educated to degree level
- Full driving license
- Experience of working in the EDA or a pharmaceutical industry role
- Proven track record of coaching and developing people
- Self-starter, problem solver, responsible for own actions and results
- Leadership Experience
- Strong EDA knowledge

Medical Representative
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will bring the marketing plan of action to life with key opinion leaders, key hospitals, and related allied healthcare professionals through uncovering and maximizing business opportunities to truly partner and innovate together.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career
- Area : All Governments.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for the Pediatrics portfolio with targeted specialists, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Design and drive unique customer-focused initiatives to build CRISPR advocacy and to drive incremental sales growth
- Provide unmatched customer value for both external and internal customers
- Develop and implement strategic programs to drive sales growth with General Practice (GP) and Family Medicine Physicians (FM)
- Prepare and appropriately manage territory budgets
- Allocate appropriate face-to-face selling time to ensure optimal business results
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 or 2 years of sales experience in Pediatrics area
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Demonstrated leadership and strong team collaborative skills
- Strong working knowledge of interpretation of scientific research studies
- Proven ability to build and maintain access to a network of physicians
- Functional knowledge of data analysis techniques
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
